These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of **atlasnomadmorocco.com** (the "Site") and any tour, day trip, or activity ("Experience") you book with Atlas Nomad Morocco ("we", "us", "our").
By using the Site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

## 2. Bookings
### 2.1 How to book
You can book through the Site, by email, or via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only once we send you a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp message) and any required deposit or payment is received.
### 2.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. If you book on behalf of other travellers (including minors), you confirm you have the authority to do so and accept these Terms on their behalf.
### 2.3 Accuracy of information
You are responsible for providing accurate booking details (names, contact information, ages, dietary needs, accessibility requirements). We are not liable for issues caused by inaccurate information you provide.

## 3. Pricing & payment
### 3.1 Prices
Prices are quoted in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise and apply per person or per group as indicated for each Experience. Prices include what is listed under "What's included" for each Experience and exclude anything else (personal expenses, optional activities, tips, items of a personal nature).
### 3.2 Payment options
- **Pay online** — full payment or deposit via our secure payment provider when you book.
- **Pay on arrival** — pay in cash (EUR or MAD at the agreed rate) at the start of the Experience, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
### 3.3 Currency conversion & fees
Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees. These are not included in the price you see on the Site.
### 3.4 Group bookings & private tours
Some Experiences are priced per person; some are priced per group, and some have separate child rates. The applicable price is shown at checkout based on what you select. Custom or private quotes provided over WhatsApp or email are valid for the period stated in the quote.

## 4. Cancellations & changes
### 4.1 Cancellation by you
Unless a different policy is stated for a specific Experience at booking, the following applies:
- **More than 7 days before the Experience start date:** full refund, minus any non-refundable third-party costs (e.g. permit fees, accommodation deposits already paid).
- **Between 7 and 2 days before:** 50% refund.
- **Less than 48 hours before, or no-show:** no refund.

### 4.2 Changes by you
We will do our best to accommodate date or detail changes if you request them at least 7 days before the Experience. Changes within 7 days are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
### 4.3 Cancellation by us
In rare cases (e.g. severe weather, road closures, safety concerns, force majeure, or insufficient bookings for group tours), we may need to cancel or reschedule an Experience. We will offer you:
1. A reschedule to another available date, or
2. An alternative Experience of equivalent value, or
3. A full refund of amounts paid to us.
We are not responsible for incidental costs you may have incurred (flights, hotels, visas, etc.). We strongly recommend travel insurance.
### 4.4 Late arrival or no-show
If you arrive late at the agreed pickup point or pickup time, the Experience may be shortened or cancelled at our discretion, with no refund.

## 5. Your responsibilities
By booking with us, you agree to:
- Arrive on time at the agreed pickup point.
- Follow reasonable instructions from your guide or driver, especially around safety.
- Behave respectfully towards local people, our staff, fellow travellers, and the environment.
- Disclose any medical condition, allergy, pregnancy, or mobility limitation that may affect your ability to participate safely. We may decline participation if we believe an Experience is unsafe for you.
- Carry valid ID (and a passport if required) on the Experience.
- Have appropriate travel insurance covering medical care, repatriation, lost luggage, and trip cancellation. We are not an insurance provider.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove a guest from an Experience — without refund — if their behaviour endangers themselves, others, or our staff, or breaches local law.

## 6. Health, safety, and travel risks
Some Experiences involve activities such as hiking, camel riding, quad biking, 4x4 transfers, swimming, or remote travel. These carry inherent risks. By participating, you accept those risks and confirm you are physically and medically fit to take part.
We recommend you consult your doctor before booking if you have any health concerns, and that you carry any necessary medication with you.

## 7. Children
Children are welcome on most Experiences, with adult supervision at all times. Please tell us at the time of booking how many children are travelling and their ages so we can confirm suitability and any reduced pricing.

## 8. Photos and content
We may take photos and short videos during Experiences for our website, social media, and marketing. If you do not want to appear in our content, please let your guide know at the start of the Experience.

## 9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, photos, logos, design) is owned by Atlas Nomad Morocco or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g. saving an itinerary).

## 10. Liability
We take pride in delivering safe, well-organised Experiences. Within the limits permitted by law:
- We are not liable for losses you suffer due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, severe weather, government action, civil unrest, strikes, illness, third-party suppliers' actions).
- We are not liable for personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during an Experience.
- Our total liability for any claim related to an Experience is limited to the amount you paid us for that Experience.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

## 11. Third-party services
Some Experiences include services delivered by third parties (e.g. accommodation, restaurants, local guides, transport providers). We choose partners carefully but are not responsible for issues caused solely by them.

## 12. Complaints
If something goes wrong during an Experience, please tell your guide or contact us immediately on **+212 6 39 22 11 91** so we can try to fix it on the spot. If the issue is not resolved, please email **contact@atlasnomadmorocco.com** within 14 days of the Experience end date with full details, and we will respond promptly.

## 14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. The Terms in force at the time you book apply to that booking.

## 15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute relating to these Terms or an Experience shall be brought before the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
